Unable to attend Sunday Service and /or want another option?
I am interested to know if any of you would be interested in a Wednesday night Bible Study and/or short worship service. I am interested in those who can’t make it on Sunday for one reason or another. It doesn’t have to be on Wednesday. Please let me know if you are interested. What a great time everyone had at VBS this past Saturday (June 28th). Pastor Mark Smith of St. John's Lutheran Church came with some of his young parishioners, a few additional guests, and several of our children, for a total of 13 children.
The Make a Splash with Jesus Pool Party theme included bible lessons, crafts, and games that was lots of fun and taught the meaning of bringing Jesus into our hearts … Jesus is always watching and protecting us.
Snacks and a Pizza lunch was included.
Special thanks to McKayla Lowman for her exceptional job on organizing the event, with assistance from Pastor John Derrick, Zack Davis, Jayna Lowman, Charles Norris, and Danny and Mary Roof.
